Switching from VSCode to Jetbrains IntelliJ

Honestly the hardest part is the new shortcuts and slight usability differences. Having to double click a file in the explorer for instance has been throwing me off for weeks.

I can’t seem to find the right way to select every line down/up from my cursor. Or how to select and to add every instance of that selection to the selection. The settings are a mess, I can never find anything even though there seems to be a pretty decent search baked in, it just doesn’t seem to be making sense.
